哈爾濱精達測量儀器有限公司創建于2001年2月，是一家注冊在哈爾濱高新技術產業開發區內的高高新技術企業，公司專業從事機械制造行業精密測量儀器的開發、設計、生產、銷售及技術服務。公司是中國齒輪行業協會的會員，專業技術力量雄厚，現有員工70余人，由多年致力于精密量儀開發設計和生產服務的專業技術人員組成，具有多年的技術積累和時間經驗，對量儀產品和用戶需求有著深刻的理解和強烈的責任心。
公司在首先成功開發了中國第一臺電子展成式齒輪測量中心；并專門重新設計開發了齒形齒向測量儀、凸輪軸測量儀、智能齒輪雙面嚙合測量儀等，現已形成高、中、低檔，大、中、小規模的多系列量儀產品。
